Alternatives were Rows and Airtable. Rows tends to be better at calculation, while Airtable tends to be better at storing and sorting data as a database. I was not aware of the open-source alternative called Baserow at the time. I did not choose any office suite like Google Docs or Microsoft 365 because they seemed… too old-fashioned, I guess, while I wanted glitter. ✨. Source: about 1 year ago
[Baserow], [APITable], [Grist], and [Rowy] are all open source Airtable alternatives which offer hosted SaaS versions that include API access, though it's a bit difficult to compare the API rate limits across all these products. Self-hosting an app like this would allow you to bypass API rate limits altogether, if you're open to it. All the above products can be self-hosted — and you might want to look at [NocoDB]... - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
I have found rows.com recently, and im looking for a software to semi-automate my ppc reports (mostly facebook ads, but rarely google as well). Source: almost 2 years ago
You can try using this tool: https://rows.com. Source: almost 2 years ago
I work at Rows. It’s a spreadsheet with native UI to import data from many services ( Google Analytics, Ads platforms, BigQuery,…) plus you can make your own custom api calls directly from the grid. We also have zapier and make connectors, if you need to setup something more articulated. Source: almost 2 years ago
I also noticed that the version shown at rows.com gives the percentages with two decimal places while the one posted here has them rounded to whole numbers. Source: almost 2 years ago

I think there are multiple futures for spreadsheets as they evolve, but one is something like Rows. They've elevated the spreadsheet model in a number of powerful ways, but the biggest IMO is that they've implemented formula functions with side effects, so you can basically write macros as formulas instead of needing another language like VBA. Reading trough you're comments below you could look at rows or Airtable. Source: about 2 years ago
At Rows.com we ran a product waitlist from 2018 to 2021, gathered ~10k people, and converted many thousands to the product. In the process, we made our fair share of mistakes. Source: over 2 years ago
The rise of Electron’s popularity and the examples of exceptional desktop apps built with JS/TS show that there’s still huge potential for Flutter despite its past. There are several examples of apps that deliver amazing quality and experience even though the desktop ecosystem in Flutter is just getting started. - Source: dev.to / over 2 years ago

Hi, I have used rows.com for this purpose in the past (disclosure: I'm part of the company). In Rows, NOW and TODAY only update the time when the functions are re-executed either manually, or when they are triggered by automation functions like SCHEDULE or REFRESH. So your function in exactly the same syntax would show the behavior you describe here. Source: over 2 years ago

Have you tried office 365 on the Web? What are the limitations? What exactly do you mean by lots of data? There's also Rows. Source: over 2 years ago
Rows (https://rows.com/) is developed in Flutter and very data driven (spreadsheet app that want's to try to be a substitute to Excel/Google Spreadsheets). It seems that their product is great, so I think yours can be too. Source: over 2 years ago
It sounds like integrations and automations are important. You might want to explore the spreadsheet startup https://rows.com/ or apps that act as databases with lots of integration and automation opportunities say https://www.airtable.com/ https://www.smartsheet.com/ and https://monday.com/ They each have slightly different approaches but all should be pretty handy for automating the ingestion of spreadsheet type... Perhaps If you are building a app optimizing for high performance where it is needed (using 3D, trading apps, etc) sure. But in 'all' cases? You would benefit better with the large ecosystem of officially 'supported' TypeScript libraries available in React Native which most companies simply would just use over unofficial ones or the very high likelihood of no equivalent libraries to use on the Flutter side,... - Source: Hacker News / almost 3 years ago
