We're commonly doing this with logging, using services such as Loggly or DataDog. We're using managed databases, be it on AWS, Heroku or database-vendor-specific solutions. It is better now than half a year ago. Try to look on https://bezrealitky.cz but pay for premium profile if you want to get any replies. There is also https://flatio.com, itโs like Airbnb for long terms (up to one year usually), but will be more expensive.
