Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing dArray and ReconcileCSV.

What makes your product unique?

ReconcileCSV's answer:

ReconcileCSV reconciles payment-processor and bank CSV exports locally in the browser using deterministic, explainable matching. It shows the evidence behind every match, keeps genuine ambiguity visible instead of guessing, and provides a complete reconciliation preview before charging for exports.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

ReconcileCSV's answer:

Choose ReconcileCSV when you need to reconcile Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, and bank exports without connecting accounts, uploading financial CSVs, or buying a recurring accounting subscription. Review every match and exception free, then pay $39 once only if you need the normalized ledger and exceptions exports.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

ReconcileCSV's answer:

ReconcileCSV is for bookkeepers, accountants, finance operators, controllers, and small-business owners who reconcile payment-processor activity against bank transactions during month-end close. It is especially useful for teams working from CSV exports rather than direct accounting-platform integrations.

What's the story behind your product?

ReconcileCSV's answer:

ReconcileCSV was built around a common month-end problem: payment processors and banks provide separate exports, but matching payouts, withdrawals, fees, refunds, and deposits usually becomes spreadsheet work. Existing options often require subscriptions, account connections, or uploading sensitive financial data. ReconcileCSV provides a focused browser-local workflow that explains each match and leaves exceptions visible for human review.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

ReconcileCSV's answer:

React, TypeScript, Vite, Papa Parse, and native browser File, Blob, download, and local-storage APIs. It is deployed with Cloudflare Pages, Functions, and KV, with Stripe Checkout for one-time payments. Financial CSV contents remain in the browser; Cloudflare receives only minimal payment-session and entitlement state.
