As for dolls..this site is something Iโve found which may work. It seems that a bunch of 3D doll making artists post their work here for sale, which makes me believe they may not be recasts as they artist themselves usually post part of the process on the listing, or the product while in their designing program. I'm not sure if your 4.5yo is old enough to try Scratch[1] but nothing is too young these days. My elder got into Scratch around that time. My four year old was kicked out of his preschool class, and the school recommended I set him up with applied behavioral analysis.
