Since then, it has been adopted among software and game development companies for software translation. The launch of Crowdin Enterprise came in 2020. In early 2020s, Crowdin began incorporating AI and large language model (LLM) capabilities into its platform. By 2025, over 3 million registered users across 160 countries had signed up on the platform.
