Features and specs

What each product offers, as listed by its team.

Crossout 5 features

  • Customization
Crossout offers extensive vehicle customization options, allowing players to build unique crafts from a wide variety of parts. This gives players the freedom to experiment and create vehicles according to their gameplay style.
  • Combat Variety
The game features a wide range of weaponry and combat tactics. Players can engage in combat using different strategies based on their vehicle builds and chosen armaments, providing diverse gameplay experiences.
  • PvP and PvE Modes
Crossout includes both player-versus-player (PvP) and player-versus-environment (PvE) modes, catering to different player preferences and offering varied game experiences.
  • Free-to-Play Model
The game is free-to-play, which lowers the barrier to entry for new players and allows them to experience the core gameplay without an initial purchase.
  • Active Community and Updates
The game is supported by an active development team that frequently releases updates and has an engaged community providing regular feedback and support.

Possible disadvantages

  • Learning Curve
While the customization system is a major strength, it also creates a steep learning curve for new players who may find it overwhelming trying to understand the mechanics and advantages of various parts.
  • Pay-to-Win Concerns
Some aspects of the game may be considered pay-to-win, as players can purchase better parts and vehicles, potentially creating an imbalance for those who opt not to spend real money.
  • Repetitive Gameplay
Despite the variety of combats and modes, the core gameplay can become repetitive over time, especially in PvE missions where objectives and battles may feel similar.
  • Performance Issues
Players have reported performance issues on lower-end PCs, which can affect the gameplay experience negatively, especially during intense combat scenarios.
  • Limited Storyline
Crossout is primarily focused on multiplayer mechanics, so players looking for a rich narrative experience may find the storyline elements lacking or insufficiently developed.
  • Scalability
LaunchRender offers scalable rendering solutions that can handle various project sizes, allowing users to efficiently manage large-scale rendering tasks as well as smaller projects.
  • Ease of Use
The platform is designed to be user-friendly, making it easy for professionals and newcomers alike to initiate and manage rendering jobs with minimal hassle.
  • Fast Processing
LaunchRender provides fast rendering times, leveraging powerful infrastructure to ensure that even complex scenes are processed quickly and efficiently.
  • Cost-Effective
Offers competitive pricing models which can be more affordable compared to setting up and maintaining an in-house rendering farm.

Possible disadvantages

  • Internet Dependence
As a cloud-based service, LaunchRender requires a reliable internet connection, which may be a limitation for users with unstable or slow connectivity.
  • Learning Curve
Despite its user-friendly design, there may still be a learning curve for users unfamiliar with cloud-based rendering services, requiring some time to become accustomed to the platform's features and workflow.
  • Cost Fluctuations
While cost-effective, the pricing can vary depending on the scale and complexity of the rendering task, potentially leading to unpredictable expenses for users with fluctuating project requirements.
  • Limited Offline Capability
Users cannot work offline with LaunchRender, unlike with local rendering solutions, which may pose challenges in certain situations or environments.
