One of the hard parts of learning a language like python on your own is knowing what you should learn and the order you should learn it in--resources like these books or online courses you can find on Coursera are great for helping with that. If you're newish to coding, or new to the Swift language, I'd look at projects like codeabbey.com or codewars or one of the other online practice sites. Do little practice exercises frequently, as a warm up, and/or as a complementary distraction to the other lessons.
