CostLogic is a browser-based construction platform for takeoffs, estimating, job costing, and invoicing. With Onyx, its built-in AI agent, CostLogic supports the complete workflow from blueprint to invoice while keeping measurements, calculations, and decisions visible for review.

Users can upload and navigate multi-page construction PDFs, detect drawing scale from title blocks, or manually calibrate plans. They can create linear, area, count, and angle measurements, then organize them into takeoff layers by trade, material, room, scope, or other project needs. Auto Room can automatically detect rooms and areas, reducing repetitive measurement work.

Measured quantities flow directly into estimates without exports or duplicate data entry. Users can price materials, labor, equipment, and other costs while accounting for waste and quantity adjustments. Estimates also support markup, overhead, profit, discounts, taxes, and deposits, making project totals easy to review.

Approved estimates can be converted into invoices without rebuilding the scope or reentering line items. CostLogic supports branded documents, email delivery, scheduled deposit, progress, and final invoices, payment recording, and outstanding balance tracking.

Onyx works across the platform to interpret project information, answer questions, edit takeoff layers, build and revise estimates, prepare invoices, and take action on the userโ€™s behalf. Users can delegate substantial project work while retaining visibility into the quantities, pricing, and calculations behind every result.

By connecting takeoffs, estimating, job costing, invoicing, and financial tracking, CostLogic helps contractors, estimators, and builders reduce administrative work, eliminate duplicate data entry, and maintain greater control over project costs.
