   Amazing site for having fun

   I used to use this chat roulette before. It's not like regular dating sites, it's more interesting. There are a lot of beautiful girls to talk with and spend time having fun. I think dating sites are a little bit boring, CooMeet is a nice alternative to them, but there you can just talk with people and make friends, not find your soulmate.

   👍 Pros:    Interesting, beautiful girls, easy to use

   👎 Cons:    There is no app for android, sometimes some men can appear instead of women

   Nice chat roulette

   I've been on CooMeet for one year. I can say that it is a quality site with nice and intelligent girls that always are ready to chat with you with pleasure. The price is quite reasonable. I had some problems with the payment but Support Team helped me to solve it. Also I like the fact that the site works without interruptions that helps you to save your time and money.

   Does what it says on the box

   Freshdesk provides a free helpdesk system so we can manage our support tickets. They have the feature that allows us to send emails through our own email address (vs using their own email address), and an app that works well to respond and organize tickets.

   My biggest gripe with the service is that they are missing a feature that HelpScout has, where we can reply directly to the notification email and that reply gets sent to the customer. With freshdesk, we have to log into their portal or use the app in order to send a reply.

• Beware, read carefully and make conclusions

  Since Freewallet is a quite small company they outsource their "support" from this Indian startup the communication is quite complicated. If the company doesn't want to spend more money in order to hire a good support engineer, and instead prefers to save some money by going offshore. Then this companies' customers swill suffer.
