Converter247 is built using static PHP with shared PHP includes, vanilla JavaScript, and a single CSS stylesheet. The site runs on Apache with PHP support, while the conversion logic is primarily processed client-side in the browser. Image conversion uses the Canvas API and JavaScript, with JSZip used for ZIP downloads. The site does not rely on a frontend framework or backend conversion-processing system.
