SendTidings is a client reporting tool for web agencies and freelance developers.
It pulls performance, uptime (coming soon) and SEO data from your client sites and sends a clean, branded report by email every month. No dashboard for clients to log into. No link for them to forget. Just an email that lands in their inbox saying "here's how the site's doing."
Most reporting tools assume your whole client list is on WordPress. SendTidings doesn't. Same tool, same report format, regardless of what the site runs on:
If you build on more than one platform, and a lot of agencies do, you stop juggling reporting tools.
Reports are archived at stable URLs, so clients can always go back to last quarter's update.
Agencies and freelancers with client sites on retainer who:
It's not for in-house marketing teams running paid campaigns. Tools like Swydo, AgencyAnalytics, and DashThis do that better โ you can use both.

Two things, really.
It works across every web stack. Most client reporting tools assume your whole client list is on WordPress. If you build on Shopify, Astro, Next.js, custom stacks, or anything else, you end up juggling multiple reporting tools or skipping reports entirely. SendTidings is one tool, one report format, regardless of what the site runs on.
No client dashboard. Clients don't want another login. They want an email they can read on their phone over coffee. SendTidings sends a clean, branded report directly to their inbox every month. That's it. No "click here to log in to view your report" link they'll ignore.
Combine those two and you get the simplest possible client reporting setup: configure once per site, the reports send themselves, your clients see your brand (not ours) on every email.

Web agencies and freelance developers with client sites on retainer. Typically:
Not the audience: (in-house) marketing teams running paid ad campaigns. There are better tools for that. SendTidings is for the agency-to-client reporting relationship, not the marketing-team-to-CMO one.
SendTidings's answer:
I run a web agency in Oxfordshire.
For years I was quietly rubbish at client reporting. Sites would tick along nicely, plugins updated, no fires, and clients would hear absolutely nothing from me unless something broke.
I kept trying tools. Either they were sprawling marketing-analytics platforms that wanted ยฃ199/month and 47 integrations I'd never use, or they were WordPress-only plugins that had no idea of the custom HTML or Astro sites on my client list.
So I built SendTidings to do exactly the job I needed:
Started as my own tool. Turned out plenty of other agencies had the same problem.

Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/ui, Neon, Paddle, Resend, React Hook Form with Zod validation.
SendTidings's answer:
SendTidings is used internally across Prystine Web Solutions' client portfolio and is in early access with a handful of UK-based web agencies. We keep specific customer names private out of respect for our users; happy to share case studies on request.
