As answered by people managing CommitCat and PDF to Web Form.
PDF to Web Form's answer:
Anyone who already has a form on paper or in a PDF and needs it filled in by other people.
In practice that has meant schools and school districts, sports clubs and youth organisations, medical and dental practices, tattoo and photography studios, trades and small contractors, and small businesses handling invoices, orders and job estimates.
The common thread is not an industry, it is a situation: the form already exists and is already approved, and the job is to collect answers on it without retyping it into a form builder. It suits an office administrator or a small-business owner rather than a developer, since nothing has to be built.
PDF to Web Form's answer:
Every other form builder asks you to rebuild your form inside their editor. This one reads the form you already have.
Upload a PDF, a Word or Excel file, a scan, or a photo of a printed page, and the questions, labels and answer choices are taken off the document itself, keeping the wording you already use. Tick boxes become choices, and a follow-up like "if yes, give details" stays attached to the question it belongs to. There is nothing to drag and no editor to learn.
It also reads photographs and scans, not only digital PDFs, which matters when the form you need to digitise only exists on paper.
PDF to Web Form's answer:
Three differences that hold up against the well-known form builders.
It also accepts scans and phone photos, so a paper-only form does not have to be recreated digitally first.
