    Bruh there is nothing good about Texas Tech engineering/cs. Definitely apply to TAMU it is a bit worse than UT for CS, but miles ahead of Texas Tech. TAMU engineering is easy to get into, but requires you to have a 3.8+ College GPA freshman year to be guaranteed the CS major.
