I find that reflecting on my experiences and going out of my way to really analyze the pitfalls and things done correctly helps a lot. Is this a monorepo setup? It looks like one from the graphics. I also think when it comes to these SaaS starter kits its helpful to have visuals of the out of the box look and feel. I would also recommend creating a docs page.
