Field Force Tracker evolved from our Rapid Tracker field employee tracking applications designed in very early phase of mobile applications development around 2006. Since then we have done multiple iteration of software, data structure, featureset and user interface has gone multiple changes. Field Force Tracker focuses primarily on small to midsize companies (2-2500) employees though software is used many large companies as well. Typical users are HVAC, Elevator Repairs, Electrical Contractors, Plumbing companies, Generator Repairs, Photocopier and many IT, Cable and Telephony companies. Being a more comprehensive software, it has lot many features compared to competitive FSM software.

Field Force Tracker is deployed in a number of industries such as HVAC/Plumbing, Elevator Businesses, Electrical Contractor, Copier Management, Telecom Businesses, IT Service companies etc. in many countries and time zones. The competitors vary in each sector - for instance in Copier business, we primarily compete with E-Automate, Miracle S/W etc. In other sectors, we compete with all major FSM software.
