How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

CoinPayGateway's answer:

Independent WooCommerce merchants who want to accept crypto without handing control to a processor. They care about keeping custody of their funds, avoiding KYC and paperwork, and not paying a cut on every sale. This includes sellers of digital goods, subscriptions and privacy-conscious stores, as well as merchants who are underserved or turned away by mainstream payment processors.

What makes your product unique?

CoinPayGateway is non-custodial by design. Payments go straight from the customer's wallet to a wallet you control, so no one ever holds your money, there is no balance to freeze, and there are no chargebacks.

What's the story behind your product?

CoinPayGateway's answer:

It grew out of frustration with custodial crypto processors that held merchants' money, demanded KYC, and took a percentage of every sale. The goal was a gateway that does the opposite: settle payments straight to the merchant's own wallet, ask for no identity checks, and charge nothing per transaction. The result is a thin, non-custodial plugin backed by a service that watches the blockchain for you, offered free for small stores and with a flat yearly plan for larger ones.
