Available tools at the time required either manual one-by-one signing or uploading documents to cloud platforms — neither acceptable for organizations handling legally sensitive files. The tool was refined over time, expanded to support multi-signer serial workflows, 10 languages, and three platforms, and released publicly in October 2025 under the name Signatrix before being rebranded to XignAll in April 2026.
