CodeeSuite's answer
CodeeSuite is built by CodeeHut Digital Solutions, a software company based in Piraeus, Greece. It started from years of building custom digital tools for local businesses — menus, screens, QR campaigns — and seeing the same problem everywhere: owners paying for several disconnected subscriptions, each with its own login and learning curve. CodeeSuite consolidates those tools into one platform with one dashboard, simple enough that a business owner can run it without any technical background.
Formline.io's answer:
Formline started with someone I care about: my wife.
She teaches English. I build technology. Here in Ecuador, I created a tool to help her business understand the people reaching out—their level, their needs, and how she could help.
Then clients started asking for more. Each request helped that small tool grow into Formline: forms, AI-powered lead qualification, and clearer next steps.
It has grown beyond our own business, but its purpose still feels personal: helping people turn a first response into a meaningful conversation.
CodeeSuite's answer
CodeeSuite brings all of a store's digital touchpoints into a single dashboard: digital menu, QR code management, digital signage and customer surveys. Instead of paying for and learning a separate tool for each, you manage everything from one place. Setup takes minutes, requires no technical skills, and every change — a price, a dish, a screen — goes live instantly. It also includes a built-in AI assistant on the digital menu that helps guests choose by answering questions about ingredients and allergens, in the guest's language.
Formline.io's answer:
Formline connects form responses with lead qualification and follow-up. You define the business criteria, weights and thresholds used to assess fit and intent, then review the score explanation alongside the original answers. Pipeline stages and webhooks help route the next step. AI qualification, pipeline and webhooks are available on paid plans.

CodeeSuite's answer
Any business with a physical location. The core segments are food service (cafés, restaurants, bars) and retail, but it fits equally well for gyms, salons, pharmacies and showrooms — any owner who wants to manage menus or catalogs, QR codes, in-store screens and customer feedback without juggling multiple tools or hiring technical help.
Formline.io's answer:
Formline is built for agencies and B2B service teams that receive inbound enquiries through online forms. It suits marketing and sales teams that want to collect relevant business context, evaluate leads against consistent criteria and prioritize follow-up with a clear explanation of each score.
CodeeSuite's answer
One subscription and one dashboard instead of separate tools for menus, QR codes, signage and surveys. Modular: start with what you need and add modules later. Real-time updates — change a price once and it's live everywhere, no reprints. Built-in AI assistant that helps guests choose (ingredients, allergens, suggestions), included in the digital menu. Available in 5 languages (English, Greek, French, German, Spanish) and built for the EU market. Free 30-day trial, no technical skills required.
Formline.io's answer:
Choose Formline if your team needs to decide which inbound lead deserves attention and understand why. It brings form building, configurable qualification, score explanations and routing into one workflow. A free plan is available for getting started; AI lead qualification, pipeline and webhooks require a paid plan. The best fit depends on your workflow and usage needs.
