Two years ago I adopted my first cat. Six months ago he developed a urinary issue. We rushed to the ER, came home, and couldn't sleep. My family and I took shifts watching his litter box. That's when I started building Furwise. I'd been an engineer for years and knew what a good tool looks like. I wanted to build one for our cat, and for every owner trying to catch problems early. The photo-based mood, pain, and stool checks came out of caring for a sick cat. We wanted to share them with anyone going through the same thing.
