Most assessment platforms treat AI as a cheating problem to detect and block. Hireinator flips this: candidates work with an AI pair-programmer, and we grade how well they direct it. The AI can confidently introduce a subtle flaw in its own code whether the candidate catches it, tests it, or ships it is the signal. For practicing algorithms, use any of the freely available websites like https://hackerrank.com https://codechef.com https://projecteuler.net A structured set of practice problems are available at https://www.interviewbit.com/courses/programming/ Avoid https://geeksforgeeks.org because it has a ton of material but very poor quality control.
