StepVideo's answer:

stepvideo turns a single workflow recording into a polished how-to video and written guide. It automatically zooms on clicks, removes dead time and mistakes, generates AI voiceover and word-by-word captions, and creates step-by-step documentation from the same recording.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

StepVideo's answer:

stepvideo removes much of the manual editing required after screen recording. Instead of working through a traditional video timeline, users can record a workflow once and get an automatically edited, zoomed, narrated and captioned tutorial, plus a written guide. Individual steps can be edited or re-recorded without re-recording the entire video.

What's the story behind your product?

StepVideo's answer:

Software is becoming easier to build, but explaining software is still unnecessarily difficult. stepvideo was created to simplify the process of creating tutorials, onboarding videos, support documentation, product walkthroughs, SOPs, and training materials. Instead of requiring users to record, edit, narrate, caption, annotate, and document a workflow separately, stepvideo treats the user’s actions as the source of truth. Users simply perform a task once, and stepvideo turns that workflow into a polished tutorial video and matching step-by-step guide.
