BugPort combines three things that normally live in separate tools and separate vendors: developer-grade bug capture (one click grabs console errors, network logs, environment details, and a screen recording), on-demand manual QA from real human testers, and full WCAG/ADA accessibility audits with remediation.

The unique part is the human layer. Most tools in this space stop at automated detection a scanner flags issues and you're on your own. We built the software as the front door to actual expert services: professional testers for QA, and accessibility specialists (led by a co-founder who's spent his career doing hands-on accessibility testing) for audits. Plus an MCP-based workflow that can auto-trigger a fix and raise the PR directly, so some bugs never need manual triage at all.

On the accessibility side: US SMBs facing real ADA exposure e-commerce stores on Shopify and WooCommerce, restaurants with online ordering, and healthcare practices dealing with Section 504 requirements. Particularly businesses currently running an overlay widget who've realized it doesn't protect them.

What's the story behind your product?

BugPort's answer:

Two observations collided.

First: AI made building software dramatically cheaper, but testing didn't get cheaper alongside it. I ship BugPort itself using AI coding tools, so I live this daily code goes out faster than any small team can properly QA it, and hiring a QA function makes no sense at that size.

Second: my co-founder has spent his career doing professional accessibility testing, and we watched the accessibility market get dominated by overlay widgets that fake compliance with a JavaScript layer while lawsuits against overlay-installed sites kept climbing.

Both problems have the same root cause: automated tools without human judgment on top, sold to teams with no time to check the work. So we built one platform that finds issues fast (bug capture, free WCAG scanning) and backs it with real humans who fix them right (on-demand QA, full audits, remediation). Software as the wedge, expertise as the product.
