I'm not sure if your 4.5yo is old enough to try Scratch[1] but nothing is too young these days. My elder got into Scratch around that time. My four year old was kicked out of his preschool class, and the school recommended I set him up with applied behavioral analysis. Though it hurt to read the email from the school, I don't blame them at all, he does have impulse control issues and doesn't always pay attention when others are talking to him. You're getting all sorts of responses OP, I'll chime in with another possible option being a QR code on your phone's lock screen. I used qr-code-generator.com to create one that I print on the back of business cards that takes people to a page of links on my website, but a photographer friend of mine has one on his iPhone's lock screen that does the same thing to a linktree.
