My four year old was kicked out of his preschool class, and the school recommended I set him up with applied behavioral analysis. It sounds like they're trying to use their email as their project management solution - that's not feasible whatsoever- If they're an autodesk customer, they need to talk to their rep. They have software for project management that'd be a million times more effective at version control and project management - https://construction.autodesk.com/ would probably be a step in the right direction.
