• Weather App For Privacy Enthusiasts

  I use Forcastie and it provides all the info you listed. I've also see Geometric Weather recommended but I've never used it so I don't know if does everything you need. Source: over 3 years ago

  And for apps, I currently use Pluvia Weather and Forecastie. They both are free & open source software and use data from openweathermap.org. Source: almost 5 years ago
