I've done similar moves in about 4 hours door-to-door. I also had everything packed up aside from things I'd already discussed having the movers handle/disassemble. Most movers will (dis)assemble your stuff for you if you're willing to spend the coin. Pricing varies but they'll tell you that when they give you an estimate.
