Cloziq helps businesses turn conversations into customers with AI Sales Agents built for social messaging.

Cloziq deploys AI agents that can manage the sales conversation from first message to conversion across Instagram and Facebook Messenger, with additional messaging and customer communication channels planned as the platform expands.

Unlike basic chatbots or rule-based automations, Cloziq's agents are designed to operate like digital sales setters. They can:

  • Qualify leads based on a business's specific criteria
  • Answer questions about products, services, pricing, and offers
  • Handle objections and adapt conversations based on each prospect's responses
  • Book appointments automatically through Calendly integration
  • Send Stripe checkout links when a prospect is ready to purchase
  • Follow customized sales flows while maintaining natural conversations
  • Hand conversations off to a human when human attention is needed

Businesses configure Cloziq around their individual offers, sales processes, qualification requirements, and conversion goals. Agents can then handle inbound conversations 24/7 while conversations and prospect information are managed through a centralized inbox.

Cloziq is initially focused on coaches, consultants, agencies, creators, and other service businesses that generate leads through social media and rely on DMs to convert those leads into calls or customers.

The platform is being built toward a broader vision: a multi-channel AI sales layer that allows businesses to deploy, manage, and scale AI Sales Agents across the places their customers already communicate.

Rather than simply automating messages, Cloziq is designed to automate the repetitive work between a new lead and a booked call, qualified opportunity, or completed purchase.

Call Flow is an AI training platform for sales and customer support teams. Instead of learning on real customers, reps practice realistic calls against AI-powered buyers and callers โ€” then get instant, objective feedback on every session.

How it works

  1. Practice realistic AI calls. Choose from 700+ real-world scenarios across seven categories (hosting & infrastructure, website & commerce, refunds & cancellations, compliance & privacy, de-escalation, soft skills, and custom scenarios). Six caller temperaments and three difficulty levels mean no two calls play out the same.
  2. Get instant grading and coaching. Every call is scored in seconds across five dimensions: rapport, objection handling, active listening, compliance, and resolution โ€” with specific coaching tips reps can apply immediately.
  3. Certify your team. Supervisor dashboards show readiness scorecards, skill heatmaps, and improvement trends, so managers know exactly who is ready to go live.

Key features

  • Branching AI conversations with emotional arcs and unpredictable responses
  • Custom scenario builder using your own products, objections, and personas
  • Voice and text simulation modes
  • Certification workflows with supervisor review and score overrides

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Cloziq and CallFlow.dev.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Cloziq's answer

Cloziq is designed to deliver a more capable AI sales agent while remaining cost-effective, transparent to scale, and highly configurable.

Unlike platforms that rely heavily on rigid chatbot flows or require businesses to manually script every conversational path, Cloziq's AI Sales Agents can dynamically navigate real sales conversations while working toward clearly defined objectives. Agents can qualify prospects, answer unexpected questions, handle objections, return naturally to the sales process after interruptions, book appointments through Calendly, and send Stripe checkout links when a prospect is ready to purchase.

Cloziq also gives businesses greater control over how their AI agent actually sells. Users can configure their offers, sales objectives, qualification requirements, required information, knowledge, conversation behavior, and sales flows rather than handing their customer conversations over to a generic black-box agent.

Cost-effectiveness is another core differentiator. Cloziq is priced to be more affordable than many competing AI sales platforms, with transparent pricing designed so businesses can understand how their costs will scale as conversation volume grows. The goal is to make deploying AI Sales Agents economically viable not just for large sales organizations, but also for growing coaches, consultants, agencies, creators, and service businesses.

Cloziq ultimately combines powerful conversational AI, greater user control, transparent pricing, and lower costs with the ability for AI and human team members to work together from a centralized inbox.

CallFlow.dev's answer:

Competitors may offer generic conversation practice, live coaching platforms, or basic AI chatbots, but CallFlow.dev emphasizes hyper-realistic voice-style simulations, volume of scenarios, real-time multi-dimensional scoring, and enterprise training outcomes (ramp speed + CSAT/FCR lifts). It is particularly compelling for teams that need to scale training without proportionally scaling manager time.

What makes your product unique?

Cloziq's answer

Cloziq is built specifically to turn inbound conversations into qualified leads, booked calls, and customers, rather than simply answering messages.

Its AI Sales Agents can manage an entire sales conversation from first message to conversion: qualifying prospects, answering detailed questions about an offer, handling objections, following a business's sales process, booking appointments through Calendly, sending Stripe checkout links, and escalating conversations to a human when needed.

Cloziq currently supports Instagram and Facebook Messenger, with additional communication channels planned as the platform expands.

A major focus of Cloziq is maintaining natural, context-aware conversations while still giving businesses control over how their agents sell. Each agent can be configured around specific offers, qualification criteria, objectives, knowledge, and sales flows rather than relying on a generic chatbot experience.

CallFlow.dev's answer:

Scale and realism of scenarios: 700+ dynamic, adaptive AI scenarios covering refunds, upselling, technical troubleshooting, compliance, de-escalation, complex objections, and more. These are not static scripts but branching, emotionally progressive conversations.

โ€ข Caller personas and difficulty levels: Six realistic AI caller personas that evolve emotionally, available at beginner, intermediate, and advanced difficulty.

โ€ข Real-time evaluation and coaching: Instant AI scoring across key dimensions (rapport, objection handling, resolution quality, professionalism, regulatory compliance) plus personalized coaching tips after every practice session.

โ€ข Customization depth: A built-in custom scenario creator that lets teams import their own product knowledge, FAQs, policies, and objection scripts so training matches the exact brand, products, and customer types.

โ€ข Manager/ops focus: Certification/readiness scorecards, team analytics, performance tracking, and data that supervisors can use to guide coaching and certify agents at scale.

โ€ข Outcome orientation: Designed around measurable business results (e.g., reported up to 40% faster ramp-to-productivity for new agents, improvements in first-call resolution and CSAT) rather than generic soft-skills practice.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Cloziq's answer

Cloziq is primarily built for coaches, consultants, agencies, creators, and service businesses that generate leads through social media and convert those leads through conversations.

It is particularly valuable for businesses with meaningful inbound DM volume from Instagram or Facebook Messenger, including leads generated through paid advertising, content, comment-to-DM campaigns, story engagement, and other social acquisition strategies.

These businesses often rely on founders, sales representatives, or appointment setters to qualify leads, answer repetitive questions, overcome objections, and schedule calls manually.

Cloziq is designed to automate much of that workload while allowing the business's team to focus its time on conversations that actually require human attention.

CallFlow.dev's answer:

The primary audience is call centers, sales teams, and customer support organizations specifically training directors, operations leaders, contact-center executives, and managers responsible for onboarding and continuous agent performance.

Secondary but closely related users include BPOs, insurance, telecom, and other high-volume customer-facing operations that face long ramp times, high turnover, compliance requirements, or complex objection/de-escalation needs. It targets teams that want data-driven readiness certification rather than informal practice.

What's the story behind your product?

Cloziq's answer

Cloziq was founded by Mike Davis, a former Senior Software Engineer at SpaceX, and Cheyanne Cowfer, a fitness coach and entrepreneur.

The idea for Cloziq grew directly out of Cheyanne's coaching business. As she generated and scaled leads through social media, Mike saw firsthand how much of the sales process still depended on manually responding to DMs, qualifying prospects, answering questions, handling objections, and moving leads toward a call or purchase.

That experience exposed a fundamental problem: businesses could scale their marketing and lead generation, but scaling the conversations required to convert those leads often meant adding more setters, increasing costs, and managing a larger sales operation.

That led to the core idea behind Cloziq: what if every new lead could receive an intelligent, personalized sales conversation immediately, 24/7, without a business having to continuously expand its setter team?

Mike and Cheyanne built Cloziq around their complementary experience in engineering and real-world social selling. Rather than creating another scripted chatbot, Cloziq was designed from the ground up as an AI Sales Agent capable of navigating the unpredictable nature of real sales conversations while still following a business's objectives, qualification criteria, and sales process.

Today, Cloziq supports AI Sales Agents across Instagram and Facebook Messenger, with a broader vision of bringing intelligent, autonomous sales conversations to the channels where businesses and their customers already communicate.

CallFlow.dev's answer:

CallFlow.dev originated from real-world call-center and sales-training pain points experienced by its founders. Traditional training was slow, inconsistent, manager-intensive, and left new agents underprepared for live customers.

The platform was built to solve that by giving agents unlimited, realistic AI-powered practice with instant feedback and coaching, while giving leaders the analytics and certification tools needed to scale quality.

It launched as a professional SaaS focused on measurable reductions in ramp time (targeting ~40%) and improvements in performance metrics, with ongoing emphasis on enterprise adoption, custom scenarios, and workforce-development outcomes.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

CallFlow.dev's answer:

advanced AI for natural dialogue, emotional progression of personas, evaluation across rapport/objection handling/compliance/etc., and personalized coaching.
