CloudFix scans your AWS accounts, identifies cost savings opportunities, and automatically implements fixes around the clock. Unlike tools that just show you where to save, CloudFix does the work โ applying AWS-recommended, non-disruptive fixes across EC2, EBS, S3, RDS, Lambda, and more. Fixes applies vis AWS Systems Manager, so you're always in control
HelpWire is remote access software for Windows, macOS, and Linux. IT teams and technicians can start sessions by sending a link, so the remote user clicks it and joins without creating an account or entering credentials.
When follow-up is required, unattended access allows technicians to return to devices later without involving the remote user again. Sessions reconnect automatically after reboots.
To keep remote access responsive, HelpWire uses direct peer-to-peer connections by default, with relay fallback when network conditions require it. All sessions are encrypted with TLS and AES-256.
Core features:
No sign-up for the remote user โ reduce friction and speed up session initiation. Reboot & reconnect โ continue support after system restarts without losing access. UAC elevation support โ perform administrative tasks on Windows devices during the session. File transfer โ move files between devices during support work. Wayland support on Linux โ connect to Ubuntu 22.04+, Fedora, and other distributions where Wayland is the default. Concurrent sessions โ let one operator connect to several clients at once, or multiple operators join the same session. Multi-screen view โ work across all client monitors without switching context. Two-factor authentication (2FA) โ protect account access. Firewall-friendly connections โ run support within restricted network environments.
Developed by Electronic Team, Inc.โa leading U.S.-based technology expert founded in 2001โHelpWire provides a robust remote desktop solution.
CloudFix
HelpWireCloudFix's answer
CloudFix is the only platform that combines continuous automated fix execution with full approval control via AWS Change Manager. Tools like ProsperOps, Cloudability, and CloudZero identify savings opportunities but CloudFix implements them. It covers 50+ AWS advisories per week across compute, storage, networking, and database services, and delivers 15โ60% savings per AWS service.
HelpWire's answer:
HelpWire is free product, which main goal is to be as simple and intuitive as possible. The connection is seamless, with on-the-fly unique generated client app, that does not require IDs and Passwords to authenticate. HelpWire is truly a one-click solution for remote control.

CloudFix's answer
Most AWS cost optimization tools show you where to save, CloudFix actually does the saving. It automatically implements AWS-recommended fixes across your accounts, 24/7, without requiring manual intervention. Every fix follows AWS best practices, is non-disruptive, and goes through AWS SSM so you stay in control. Savings compound over time rather than being a one-off result.
CloudFix's answer
Engineering and FinOps teams at mid-to-large enterprises running significant AWS workloads typically $80K+ in monthly AWS spend. CloudFix suits companies using multiple AWS services who want ongoing cost optimization without dedicating engineering resources to manually track and implement AWS advisories.
CloudFix's answer
CloudFix was built by the team behind one of AWS's largest customers, managing 120+ SaaS products across thousands of AWS accounts. Keeping costs optimized at that scale without breaking anything was a constant challenge. They built CloudFix internally to automate it, proved it cut costs by 10โ20%, and turned it into a product.
CloudFix's answer
CloudFix is built natively on AWS. It uses AWS CloudFormation for deployment, AWS Cost and Usage Reports (CUR) and CloudWatch Metrics for analysis, and AWS Systems Manager to orchestrate and control fix execution. IAM roles handle secure, read-only cross-account access with no long-term credentials.
I've typically used other similar applications of this type to remotely connect to another desktop or server, but after trying HelpWire, I'm pleasantly surprised. I'll continue testing and see what the results are.
Running a startup, I need tools that are efficient and uncomplicated. HelpWire has been a pleasant surprise. The way it fits into our day-to-day operations is impressive. We used it mostly internally for system administrative tasks, but recently tried HelpWire for occasional remote support sessions with our clients. So far so good.
I've used HelpWire for a few months in our IT support team. The ease of accessing multiple workstations remotely has significantly improved our efficiency.
