Find Email Address
ReachSheet is a Google Sheets add-on that helps link builders, SEO agencies, and blogger outreach specialists find publicly listed contact emails from websites in bulk.
If you've ever exported hundreds of link-building prospects from Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search, or another source, you know the tedious part that comes next: opening websites one by one, finding Contact or About pages, locating an email, copying it, and pasting it back into your spreadsheet.
ReachSheet automates that process.
Paste your website URLs into Google Sheets, run Discovery, and ReachSheet crawls the websites in real time to find publicly listed business emails. Your results appear directly in the spreadsheet, so there's no need to constantly switch between websites, databases, and CSV files.
Unlike traditional email finders that primarily rely on databases of previously collected contacts, ReachSheet checks the actual websites you're researching. This can help uncover publicly listed emails that may not be available in third-party databases.
ReachSheet is designed around real outreach workflows, including:
The free plan currently includes 100 email lookups per day, with no credit card required.
ReachSheet started from a problem I experienced personally while doing link building: spending hours on a task that felt like it should be automated. The goal is simple—to remove one of the most boring parts of prospecting and make the journey from "I have 500 websites" to "I have outreach contacts" much faster.
Built by a link builder, for link builders.

ReachSheet's answer:
ReachSheet finds publicly listed contact emails by crawling websites in real time, rather than relying only on a pre-built email database. It is also built specifically for link builders and works directly inside Google Sheets, making it easy to process bulk prospect lists without CSV exports or imports.
ReachSheet's answer:
ReachSheet is primarily built for link builders, SEO agencies, blogger outreach specialists, and marketers running guest post, link insertion, niche edit, and sponsored content campaigns. It can also be useful for sales, PR, partnerships, and other teams researching business contacts.
ReachSheet's answer:
ReachSheet is designed for a specific workflow: finding contact emails from lists of websites for link building and blogger outreach. Instead of searching for a person by name, you can paste hundreds of target websites into Google Sheets and let ReachSheet look for publicly listed emails directly on those sites.
ReachSheet's answer:
ReachSheet was created from a real link-building workflow problem. After spending years doing SEO and outreach, I found that finding prospects wasn't the biggest bottleneck, the repetitive process of opening hundreds of websites to find contact emails was. ReachSheet was built to automate that step directly inside Google Sheets.
ReachSheet's answer:
ReachSheet is built as a Google Workspace add-on for Google Sheets, with a web-based website crawling and email discovery engine behind it. The product is designed to process websites in real time and write discovered results directly into the user's spreadsheet.
ReachSheet's answer:
ReachSheet is currently an early-stage product and does not yet have major enterprise customers to publicly name. It is currently focused on link builders, SEO professionals, agencies, and early users who need to find publicly listed contact emails from website prospect lists.

Some display names need a lookup table, not fuzzy strings. Pairs like Investing.com / Fusion Media Limited or Lyrie.ai / OTT Cybersecurity Inc. Share almost no tokens, so WRatio stays low and that's correct behavior. For irreconcilable aliases like that you still want GLEIF, Clearbit, or simply a maintained slug → legal_name map. Fuzzy matching handles stylistic drift on the same name; it can’t handle unrelated... - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago
Personal email domains destroy this. Clearbit's Enrichment API returns a null company when it hits gmail.com. Apollo routes personal domains straight to a consumer bucket and skips B2B fields entirely. Even PDL's /person/enrich endpoint — the most permissive of the major providers — gives you around 32% hit rate on Gmail addresses versus 74% on corporate domains. I measured this across 6,200 signups for a... - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago
A few things worth flagging: PDL beats Clearbit's historical rates for US and Western European companies, but drops to ~52% match rate for Japan and South Korea specifically. Apollo underperforms on raw company matching but returns significantly more contacts per domain in Prospector-style queries than Clearbit's Prospector ever did — the tradeoff is more stale titles in the result set. Match rate of 38% in my test, but the data quality on what it does match is solid: title, seniority, industry, company size all returned cleanly. If you're already in HubSpot and enriching form fills in-place, Clearbit/Breeze is probably your lowest-friction option even at lower match rates. If you're not in HubSpot, there's no reason to choose it over PDL or Prospeo. - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago
One thing comparison guides consistently get wrong: Clay is not an enrichment API. It's a waterfall orchestration tool that calls People Data Labs, Apollo, Clearbit, and others in sequence for you. It's useful, but it adds 2–8 seconds of latency per row in my runs and costs more per match than going direct. For a CRM webhook flow where you need sub-second enrichment calls, Clay is the wrong layer to hit first. - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago
