CleanerBot is a privacy-first Discord inactivity bot that keeps your member roster healthy over time using a transparent, explainable Decay Score โ€” without privileged intents and without intentionally storing message content (message bodies) as part of normal bot operation.

No surprises: automation is optional. Start with warnings and manual review, then enable roles or auto-kick only if you want.

What it does

  • Configurable thresholds for warnings, inactivity roles, manual review queues, and optional auto-kick
  • Tracks activity using metadata (timestamps/counters) like message events (count/time), reactions, voice minutes, interactions/commands, threads, and event RSVPs (depending on enabled features)
  • Standard Mode (member-facing transparency) and Ghost Mode (staff-only workflows)

Privacy (plain-language)

CleanerBot stores server config (thresholds/role & channel IDs), Discord IDs and display names (for UX), and activity metadata needed for scoring/analytics. It does not intentionally store message bodies in normal operation. See our website for full details.

Pricing

Free (โ‰ค200 managed members), Pro (โ‰ค500), Scale (unlimited). Start with /start and a preset.
