CleanConfirm is a lightweight shift confirmation and coverage tool for small cleaning teams.

Many cleaning businesses already create schedules in a spreadsheet, calendar, or existing scheduling tool. The messy part usually happens after the schedule is sent: who confirmed, who still needs a reminder, and what happens when someone cannot make it at the last minute.

CleanConfirm helps owners and schedulers track shift confirmations, send reminders, manage cover requests, and spot coverage risks before they turn into missed jobs or messy group chats.

It is designed for small owner-led house cleaning and commercial cleaning teams that want a simple follow-up layer on top of their existing scheduling workflow.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing CleanConfirm and Linear.

What makes your product unique?

CleanConfirm's answer

CleanConfirm focuses on what happens after a schedule is sent.

Many tools help teams create schedules, but small cleaning teams still need to confirm who saw the shift, who needs a reminder, and what happens when someone cannot make it.

CleanConfirm adds a simple follow-up layer for shift confirmations, reminders, and cover requests without forcing teams to replace their existing scheduling workflow.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

CleanConfirm's answer

CleanConfirm is simpler and more focused than full scheduling, HR, or workforce management platforms.

It is built for small cleaning teams that do not need a complex system. They need a clear way to know which shifts are confirmed, which shifts need attention, and which jobs may be at risk.

CleanConfirm works alongside spreadsheets, calendars, or existing schedulers, so teams can improve follow-up without changing their entire workflow.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

CleanConfirm's answer

CleanConfirm is built for small owner-led cleaning teams, house cleaning businesses, commercial cleaning teams, and schedulers who manage cleaners across multiple jobs.

It is especially useful for teams with 5 to 30 people who already have a schedule, but still struggle with confirmations, reminders, last-minute call-outs, and cover requests.

What's the story behind your product?

CleanConfirm's answer

CleanConfirm started from a simple observation: sending a schedule does not always mean every shift is confirmed.

Small cleaning teams often use spreadsheets, calendars, or group chats to manage work. The schedule may be created, but the follow-up is still messy. Owners and schedulers still need to chase replies, remind people, and find cover when someone cannot make it.

CleanConfirm was built to make that follow-up process clearer and easier to manage.
