ClarityHire
Codegres.org

Features and specs

What each product offers, as listed by its team.

ClarityHire 5 features
Codegres.org 4 features
  • Unified ATS + Assessment Platform
Stop juggling Greenhouse, HackerRank, Zoom, and a proctoring tool. ClarityHire runs your entire pipeline — job posts, candidates, tests, interviews, and offers — in one place, with bidirectional sync to Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, and SmartRecruiters so it slots into your existing stack.
  • AI-Resistant Integrity Verification
A dedicated Python detection service combines face continuity, keystroke biometrics, A/V sync analysis, and code-coherence checks to flag impersonation, ChatGPT-pasted answers, and external coaching in real time. Every candidate gets a defensible integrity score, not a black-box pass/fail.
  • Live Collaborative Coding Interviews
Monaco editor + Yjs CRDT + real code execution in the browser, paired with LiveKit WebRTC video. Interviewers and candidates code together with sub-100ms sync, while keystroke telemetry streams to the integrity engine in the background.
  • Custom Assessments with AI Grading
Build assessments mixing MCQ, live coding, essay, and file-upload questions. Claude-powered grading scores open-ended responses against your rubric and explains its reasoning, cutting review time from hours to minutes per candidate.
  • Defensible Hiring Reports
Exportable PDF reports bundle assessment scores, interview recordings, integrity signals, and grading rationale into a single auditable artifact — so hiring decisions hold up to legal review, candidate disputes, and internal scrutiny.
  • User-Friendly Interface
Codegres.org offers a clean and intuitive interface, making it easy for users to navigate and find the information they need.
  • Rich Resource Library
The platform provides a vast library of coding resources and tutorials that cater to both beginners and advanced programmers.
  • Community Support

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing ClarityHire and Codegres.org.

What makes your product unique?

ClarityHire's answer

ClarityHire is the only hiring platform that bakes integrity verification directly into the assessment and interview flow — not as a bolt-on proctoring service. A dedicated detection engine fuses face continuity, keystroke biometrics, A/V sync analysis, and code-coherence checks to catch impersonation and AI-assisted answers in real time. Combined with a full ATS, custom assessments, and live collaborative coding interviews in one platform, it eliminates the 4-tool stack most teams cobble together.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

ClarityHire's answer

Competitors force a choice: ATS (Greenhouse, Lever) OR assessments (HackerRank, CodeSignal) OR proctoring (Proctorio, Honorlock) OR interview tools (CoderPad, Zoom). ClarityHire delivers all four in one platform at a single price, with bidirectional ATS sync so it complements rather than replaces existing tools. More importantly, its integrity layer is purpose-built for the AI era — detecting ChatGPT-pasted code and external coaching that traditional proctoring misses entirely. Teams get defensible, auditable hiring decisions without stitching vendors together.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

ClarityHire's answer

Mid-market and enterprise hiring teams — engineering managers, technical recruiters, and talent ops leaders — running high-volume technical and knowledge-worker pipelines where bad hires are expensive and AI-assisted candidates are now the norm. Especially valuable for remote-first companies, outsourcing/staffing firms, and regulated industries (finance, healthcare, defense) where defensible hiring decisions matter.

What's the story behind your product?

ClarityHire's answer

ClarityHire was built in response to a specific inflection point: the moment ChatGPT and Claude made traditional take-home assessments and remote coding interviews effectively meaningless. Hiring teams were either flying blind or stacking five different tools to compensate. The founding insight was that integrity can't be a separate product — it has to be a signal layer woven through every step of the hiring process, from the first assessment keystroke to the final interview. ClarityHire is the platform we wished existed when we got burned by candidates who interviewed brilliantly and shipped nothing.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

ClarityHire's answer

Next.js 15 (App Router, Turbopack), tRPC, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui on the frontend. Postgres with Drizzle ORM for data. NextAuth v5 for authentication. A dedicated Python FastAPI service for integrity detection using OpenCV, MediaPipe, InsightFace, and XGBoost. LiveKit for WebRTC video, Monaco + Yjs CRDT for collaborative coding, Socket.IO for real-time telemetry, BullMQ + Redis for queues, Stripe for billing, Resend for email, Anthropic Claude for AI grading and code coherence, and Deepgram for speech-to-text.
