Every place where the mismanager wanted a rich text editor ended up skinning/modding what is now called CKEditor . Lets roll back 20 years to 2002. We looked after PC's running 2000 and XP. A couple of servers, Exchange 5.5/2000, maybe venturing onto a server for File storage and a few app servers.
