    The response was really quick and my question, although probably a silly one, , was quickly and easily answered. Very approachable and friendly. The system enhances the appearance of my website and provides a simple way for my clients to contact me. This is a fantastic addition to my company.

    This app has the data of customers such as information, total conversations, total leads, and activities,... so I can analyze the data to support my customers more insightful and professional. Moreover, I can adjust my live chat's appearance to suit my brand and make it catchy for my customer.

    👎 Cons:    Not much i dislike on the platform. because the app is new and maybe has some issues, when i met any problems and called for support from the customer service and so surprising that they assisted me a lot and were professional.

    I've never used this app before my current job. Now that I've had some practice with it, I'll be using it for all of my customer support needs in the future. Our customer service receives a lot of praise because it's so quick and efficient, and it makes customers feel like they're talking to a real person on the other end of the line. This platform comes highly recommended by me to any company that values excellent customer service.
