   Great Customer Focused Platform - quickly on support

   The response was really quick and my question, although probably a silly one, , was quickly and easily answered. Very approachable and friendly. The system enhances the appearance of my website and provides a simple way for my clients to contact me. This is a fantastic addition to my company.

   Great app, Highly recommend

   This app has the data of customers such as information, total conversations, total leads, and activities,... so I can analyze the data to support my customers more insightful and professional. Moreover, I can adjust my live chat's appearance to suit my brand and make it catchy for my customer.

   👎 Cons:    Not much i dislike on the platform. because the app is new and maybe has some issues, when i met any problems and called for support from the customer service and so surprising that they assisted me a lot and were professional.

   Chative never stops surprising me!

   I've never used this app before my current job. Now that I've had some practice with it, I'll be using it for all of my customer support needs in the future. Our customer service receives a lot of praise because it's so quick and efficient, and it makes customers feel like they're talking to a real person on the other end of the line. This platform comes highly recommended by me to any company that values excellent customer service.

   A great omnichannel platform

   An amazing tool for customer support. Everything I need for a simple is in one place! I can see my all my customers conversation from my websites in one inbox and I can assign a specific teammate so they can help me support customers. At the end of the day, I can have a detail report about how they are doing, it's the best tool I've used!

   Great product!

   The product is very useful and easy to use, I'd give you guys 5 stars but the current product is still missing some features and more detailed report. But the product just start and seem promising, can't wait for the new updates.

   Highly customisable live chat

   A good custom chat window for my website, it matches the colour theme, attractive welcome message and quick replies. That do help for more leads to our business. And help us promote revenue in a short time especially, increase the conversion rate.

   That is a good app for team collaboration because I'm working with 3 other teammates and usually struggle by the chaos of large number of requests. but this chatbot does help us out.
