Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing ChatBot and Get Simple Chat.

What makes your product unique?

Get Simple Chat's answer:

Get Simple Chat is built around one principle: a non-technical small business owner should go from signup to a live chatbot in about 5 minutes. A few things make it stand out from the typical chatbot platform:

4 selectable AI models (Simple, Smart, Advanced, Ultra) on every paid plan — pick the right one for your use case, switch anytime without losing your

knowledge base. Most competitors lock model choice behind their highest tier.

Knowledge base versioning with one-click rollback — every save creates an immutable version, so you can experiment without fear of breaking what works.

Auto-detection across 80+ languages — the chatbot detects the visitor's language and replies in the same one, automatically. No language toggles, no separate bots per language.

Almost every feature on every plan — paid plans differ only in monthly credits and number of chatbots. No artificial gating of advanced features behind enterprise pricing.

Honest credit-based pricing — the same credit cost across every paid plan. No setup fees, no hidden surcharges.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Get Simple Chat's answer:

Three reasons, depending on who you are:

If you're a small business owner: setup actually takes 5 minutes. You pick a template (52 industries available), paste your info or upload a PDF/DOCX/Excel, customize the look with a live preview, and copy a one-line snippet onto your site. No developer, no model training, no waiting. Works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix or any other platform.

If you're an agency or consultant: the white-label add-on ($19/month) removes our branding across every chatbot on your account, and the Extra Domain + Chatbot add-on ($10/month) stacks as many client chatbots as you need. You can run a chatbot service for clients under your own brand without rebuilding infrastructure.

If you care about flexibility: 4 AI models on every paid plan, knowledge base up to 100,000 characters per chatbot, three lead capture modes, "Talk to a human" handoff, analytics, CSV export, image upload, voice input, custom branding with live preview. Most competitors force you to pay enterprise prices to access half of these.

And it's transparent: 50 free credits to try, no credit card required.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Get Simple Chat's answer:

Get Simple Chat is built for non-technical small business owners who need their website to handle customer questions outside business hours — without hiring a developer or a customer support team. Primary segments:

Local service businesses: restaurants, cafés, hotels, beauty salons, dental clinics, gyms, real estate agencies

Professional services: law firms, consultants, accountants, freelancers

E-commerce stores: especially Shopify and WooCommerce shops handling repetitive pre-sale and order-status questions

Agencies and consultants: who set up and manage chatbots for their own clients under their brand (white-label)

What unites them: they're tired of answering the same handful of questions over and over — opening hours, pricing, availability, shipping policies, service details — across Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, email and their website. They want a chatbot that's smart, looks like part of their site, and that they can set up themselves during a coffee break.

What's the story behind your product?

Get Simple Chat's answer:

Get Simple Chat started from watching small business owners around me — a café owner friend, my dentist, a local consultant — all struggling with the same thing: their websites went silent after business hours, while they kept answering the same questions over and over on Instagram, WhatsApp and email.

Every existing chatbot tool I looked at was either built for enterprise teams with budgets and engineers, or so basic it could only handle scripted FAQs. Nothing in between for the small business owner who just wanted something that worked, looked like part of their brand, and could be set up in a coffee break.

So I built Simple Chat around one principle: a non-technical owner should be able to go from signup to a live chatbot in about 5 minutes — and have access to the same advanced features as a much bigger company, without paying enterprise prices.

That's why almost every feature is available on every plan: plans only differ in credits and number of chatbots. Knowledge base versioning, multilingual auto-detection, four AI models, lead capture and white-label aren't reserved for the top tier — they're how the product is supposed to work for everyone.
