    Does bitcoin .com give you a transaction ID (might be called a txid)? If so, look up that txid on bitcoin cash explorer https://explorer.bitcoin.com/bch , if the transaction has confirmed then it's likely your coins are gone, because you've sent them to a bitcoin cash address which isn't yours.
