Certifier's primary audience is organizations that need to issue verifiable certificates or badges automatically, tied to a real qualifying moment rather than created one at a time. That includes training and course providers, medical and CE/CPD issuers, associations and membership organizations, corporate L&D teams, higher education institutions, and organizations that certify partners or run workforce training programs. What connects them isn't industry so much as workflow: each needs issuance to be triggered by an event — a course completion, a renewal, a form submission — rather than handled manually.

It connects to LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, LearnDash), CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign), spreadsheets, and forms. Zapier, Make, and Pipedream extend that to thousands of other apps, and issuance can trigger off nearly any real-world event: a course completing, a webinar ending, a CRM stage changing, or a bulk spreadsheet upload.

Every credential can be fully white-labeled, from the design itself to the page it lives on, so recipients see the issuing organization's own brand.
