Its founder, Paul Lindsay, observed that Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) software was largely built for large enterprise, complex, expensive, consultant‑heavy and out of reach for many small to medium‑sized enterprises (SMEs). He set out to change that with a platform that makes ISO and compliance management accessible: simple to implement, cost‑effective, and genuinely suited to growing organisations.
