Most small teams set goals once and never open the file again. Celorly exists to break that loop.
It does one thing: goals, from the direction of the company down to what someone is actually doing this quarter.
Built for companies past the spreadsheet and not ready for a platform. No setup marathon, no 40-field forms, no consultant, no implementation project. A small team can run its first cycle in an afternoon. You choose who sees which goals, grant or revoke roles in a click, and can transfer, leave or delete a workspace whenever you want.
Probably not for you if you want task management, time tracking or performance reviews. Celorly is deliberately only goals, and it sits alongside whatever you already use for tasks.
Priced by team size, not per seat. Free forever for one person with every feature unlocked and no card. Then $29/month up to 10 people, $99 up to 25, $199 up to 49, flat for the whole team. Yearly billing saves 17%, and every paid plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.
There is also a free course. Celorly Academy's "From Zero to Goals" runs 17 lessons through one fictional 12-person agency across a full year of quarters, and ends with a 15-question exam and a certificate. Every lesson is public with no email wall, and the course is tool-agnostic: it works with a spreadsheet and a calendar. A free account is needed only to save progress and to earn the certificate.

Celorly's answer
Three things, and the third is the unusual one.
It does one job: goals. No tasks, no time tracking, no performance reviews, so nothing in the product competes with the thing you came for.
It carries the whole ladder, from mission, vision and one dated number down to this quarter's key results and the score at the end. Most tools start at the quarter and leave the direction to a slide deck nobody opens again.
And it is priced by team size, not per seat: free forever for one person with every feature unlocked, then one flat price for the whole team. Inviting a colleague never costs more mid-quarter, which is exactly the moment most teams quietly stop inviting people.
Celorly's answer
Because it is sized for a small team, and because it says what it is not.
Most OKR platforms were built for hundreds of people and priced per seat. A team of twelve ends up paying for a rollout it will never run and meeting forms it will never fill in. Celorly is built for 1 to 49 people: the first cycle takes an afternoon, there is no implementation project, and every feature is already in the free plan.
If what you want is performance reviews, task management or time tracking, another tool is the better answer and we will tell you so. Celorly is deliberately only goals, and it sits alongside whatever you use for tasks.
You can also judge the method before judging the tool. Our free course, From Zero to Goals, teaches it with a spreadsheet and a calendar, no account and no email needed. If the method is not for you, you have lost nothing.
Celorly's answer
Companies of roughly 5 to 49 people that have outgrown a spreadsheet and are not ready for an enterprise platform: agencies, software teams, professional services firms and owner-run businesses.
The person setting it up is usually a founder or an operations lead who also does the work, with no planning department behind them. They arrive with one of two problems: goals written once and never opened again, or everybody busy while nothing finishes.
It works for one person too. The solo plan is free forever with every feature, and many people run their own quarter in it before bringing anyone else in.
Celorly's answer
Celorly started from a pattern that is easy to see in small companies and hard to fix: goals get written down in January, and nobody opens the file again until someone asks in December what happened.
Most tools answer that with more process. They were designed for organizations that have a planning function, so when a twelve-person company adopts one it inherits the weight without the benefit.
The brief was therefore narrow on purpose: carry the whole ladder from company direction down to a scored quarter, do that one job, and make it something a small team can run in an afternoon without a consultant. Anything that did not earn its place is not in the product.
The free course came from the same conviction. If a method only works when you buy someone's software, it is not a method. From Zero to Goals teaches it with a spreadsheet and a calendar, and the tool is optional.

Next.js 16 and React 19 with TypeScript, styled with Tailwind CSS. Data and authentication run on Supabase (PostgreSQL). Hosting and delivery on Vercel, transactional email through Resend.
Payments and VAT are handled by Creem (Armitage Labs Oร, Estonia) acting as merchant of record, so card details never reach our servers.
