If you have a lot of weddings, airbnb is a very viable option. From a guy who used to cater weddings, you do not want to be on the hospitality side of someone "on the most special day of their life". Stay on the real estate side. We put 6 1BR airbnb's on our ranch and they would cover your mortgage 3-4X over with upside on the busiest months.
