If you're looking for something free, you can self host browserless.io image yourself https://hub.docker.com/r/browserless/chrome, it's free up to 50k sessions per month. Browserless.io lets you scrape all these sites, you can pay per second of usage or use a dedicated worker starting at $50/mo, you can scrape 10 sites concurrently so it's pretty affordable. Caveat is you don't get a dataset back, you'll have to inspect for selectors to get back what you need, but they are putting out a bunch of tutorials recently with copy paste examples such as... I love using browserless.io for things I can't scrape with a simple fetch. I use it especially single-page applications that need to be rendered before you can fetch data...
