A-Parser is an industrial-grade, multi-threaded web scraper and automated data collection engine built for SEO professionals, marketing agencies, data engineers, and e-commerce enterprises.

Running natively on Linux and Windows, it operates on a proprietary asynchronous networking engine (AsyncHTTPX) capable of executing thousands of simultaneous threads with intelligent proxy rotation, processing millions of requests per day on your own infrastructure with zero cloud subscription limits.

Key Capabilities & Highlights

  • 110+ Built-in Scrapers: Ready-to-use parsers for major search engines (Google, Yandex, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Baidu), keyword suggest engines, Google Maps, YouTube, social networks, and SEO metrics.
  • Custom Scraper Development: Create scrapers without coding using RegEx and XPath, or write complex scraping logic in JavaScript / TypeScript (Google V8 engine) with full Node.js / npm ecosystem support.
  • Headless Browser Automation: Built-in Chromium and Puppeteer integration to render dynamic SPA websites, execute client scripts, and bypass modern anti-bot protections.
  • Native AI & LLM Pipelines: Built-in modules for ChatGPT, Claude, and DuckAI to summarize, classify, and clean harvested data directly inside the scraping task.
  • Advanced Proxy Management: Native multi-threaded proxy checker with HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS5 support, live rotation, latency monitoring, and automated quarantine for dead proxies.
  • Nested & Chained Tasks: Pipe outputs between scrapers in real time (e.g. harvest keywords -> fetch SERP URLs -> scrape page content -> synthesize with AI).
  • Automation & API: Fully controllable via a responsive browser Web UI or a complete JSON-RPC API for programmatic integration into your data stack.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Browserbase and A-Parser.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

A-Parser's answer:

  • Self-Hosted with No Recurring Data Limits: Unlike cloud SaaS scrapers that charge per credit, record, or monthly pageview, A-Parser runs on your own hardware/VPS with zero artificial limits on the amount of data parsed.
  • Unmatched Speed and Throughput: Engineered from the ground up for high concurrency, capable of processing tens of millions of requests per day.
  • Chained and Nested Pipelines: Effortlessly feed results from one parser into another (e.g., harvest search suggestions -> parse SERP rankings -> scrape target pages -> summarize with AI).
  • Built-in Proxy Health Management: Integrated proxy checker with live rotation, geography/transport checks, and automatic quarantine for blocked or slow proxies.
  • Cost-Effective One-Time License: Transparent pricing model with lifetime access and optional updates, dramatically lowering TCO for data-intensive projects compared to SaaS alternatives.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

A-Parser's answer:

  • SEO Professionals and Agencies: Teams performing large-scale SERP monitoring, technical site audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
  • Data Engineers and Web Developers: Technical specialists who need a programmable, high-speed data extraction engine with JS/Node.js scripting and API integration.
  • E-Commerce and Marketplaces: Businesses tracking competitive pricing, inventory changes, reviews, and product catalogs.
  • B2B Lead Generation Specialists: Teams harvesting contacts, company profiles, and location directories (such as Google Maps).
  • Digital Marketers and Affiliates: Marketers aggregating advertising feeds, monitoring trends, and collecting custom datasets.

What's the story behind your product?

A-Parser's answer:

A-Parser was created in 2011–2012 by an independent development team to address the critical bottlenecks of legacy desktop scraping software: slow execution, single-thread limitations, lack of Linux server support, and frequent crashes on large datasets.

Designed from day one as a lightweight, multi-threaded engine with native Linux and Windows compatibility, A-Parser quickly gained adoption within the SEO and data engineering communities. Over more than a decade of continuous active development, it has evolved into a comprehensive data collection platform featuring modern V8/Node.js extensibility, headless browser automation, and native generative AI workflows.

What makes your product unique?

Great stealth / captcha solving, nice stagehand library for automations

Browserbase has some of the best stealth and auto-captcha solving out of the newer AI-centric browser providers. The stagehand library to drive it is also pretty nice.
