Brevux's answer
Brevux is a full omnichannel customer support platform built from the ground up for small and growing teams โ not stripped-down enterprise software. What sets it apart:
10x more affordable than competitors like Respond.io ($79-279/mo) and SleekFlow ($129-349/mo) โ Brevux starts at $29/agent/month In-house AI engine not a third-party GPT wrapper. Purpose-built AI agents that handle L1 support, qualify leads, and route conversations autonomously True mobile-first, full native iOS and Android apps, not a responsive web view White-label ready agencies and resellers can fully rebrand the platform including mobile apps 9+ channels in one inbox WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Email, Telegram, Viber, TikTok, SMS, and Live Chat
Brevux's answer
If you're a team of 1-50 people, most omnichannel platforms are either too expensive or too complex for what you need.
Respond.io charges $79-279/month and locks AI agents behind the $159+ tier SleekFlow starts at $129/month for AI features Zendesk and Freshdesk charge $49-79/agent and weren't built for messaging-first support
Brevux gives you the same core capabilities unified inbox, AI agents, ticketing, CRM, workflow automation starting at $29/agent/month with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. It's built for teams that need power without the enterprise price tag.

Brevux's answer
Brevux was born out of frustration. I kept seeing small businesses paying $79-349/month for omnichannel platforms that were built for enterprise teams โ overloaded with features they didn't need and priced way beyond their budget. A Shopify store owner with 3 employees shouldn't pay the same as a 500-person company just to answer WhatsApp messages and emails from one inbox. So I built Brevux solo, from Casablanca, Morocco, with almost no budget. No investors, no co-founders. Just code and conviction that small teams deserve powerful tools at fair prices. The platform now supports 9+ messaging channels, AI agents, built-in CRM, ticketing, and workflow automation all mobile-first, all starting at $29/agent/month.
