loop2 runs on your existing WhatsApp number via linked device โ no Business API, no templates, no new number. It answers every enquiry in seconds with an AI agent trained on your business, and follows up with silent leads even after the 24-hour window. Used by Indian D2C brands, wholesalers, retailers and shops, bakeries, jewellery stores, and digital course sellers running Click-to-WhatsApp ads. Live in 2 minutes, flat monthly pricing, unlimited messages โ no per-message charges.

loop2ailoop2ai's answer:
loop2 runs on your existing WhatsApp number through WhatsApp's own linked-device feature (a QR scan, like WhatsApp Web) instead of the official Business API. That one architectural choice removes almost everything businesses hate about WhatsApp automation: no new number, no Meta Business Manager verification, no template approvals, and no per-message charges. Its most distinctive capability is free-form follow-up: loop2 can message a silent lead on day 3, 7, or 14 in natural language, while API-based tools (Wati, AiSensy, Interakt, Gupshup) are restricted to pre-approved paid templates once WhatsApp's 24-hour window closes. Setup takes about 2 minutes.
loop2ai's answer:
Choose loop2 when your goal is closing inbound leads on WhatsApp rather than sending bulk broadcasts. Three concrete advantages over API-based tools like Wati, AiSensy, Interakt and Gupshup: (1) Cost is flat and predictable, with unlimited messages and no per-conversation or per-template fees, so re-engaging thousands of silent leads never runs up a bill. (2) Follow-ups are free-form after the 24-hour window, so the agent can revive a cold lead in plain language instead of a paid, pre-approved template. (3) Onboarding is minutes, not days, because there is no new number, no Business Manager verification and no template approval queue. loop2 keeps your existing number and personal touch; the API tools are better suited to high-volume outbound broadcasting.
loop2ai's answer:
loop2 is built for Indian small and medium businesses that run sales conversations on WhatsApp, especially those running Meta Click-to-WhatsApp ads. Current customers include D2C brands, wholesalers, retailers and neighbourhood shops, bakeries, jewellery stores, and digital course sellers. The common thread is a business that receives WhatsApp enquiries it cannot always answer fast enough, and loses leads to slow replies and forgotten follow-ups rather than to price or product.

loop2ai's answer:
loop2 connects through WhatsApp's linked-device protocol (the same mechanism as WhatsApp Web) rather than the Business API. On top of that connection it runs an LLM-based conversational agent trained on each business's own catalogue, pricing and FAQs. It includes Google Sheets integration for lead capture and configurable, time-based follow-up sequences (for example day 1, day 3 and day 5) that send in natural language.
loop2ai's answer:
loop2 started from a simple observation: Indian sellers get most of their leads on WhatsApp, but the official Business API is expensive, slow to set up, and locks follow-ups behind paid templates once the 24-hour window closes. Built by two IIT Roorkee engineers shipping in public, loop2 takes a different path, running an AI sales agent on the seller's own number so any small business can reply in seconds and follow up until the lead closes, without changing how they already work.

This is essentially a watered down version of the "MVC" architecture. I use http lib of node for server and requests, cheerio for webscraping and Sendinblue for sending the emails and mongodb (atlas) for storing all of the data. I am a beginner in backend tech, so I am tryna learn, open to any input. Source: over 3 years ago
