Choose Breakwater when the problem is upstream API-change risk, not generic webpage surveillance. It filters official changelog and release sources to the technologies in your Stack, highlights breaking changes, deprecations, security notices and explicit deadlines, and keeps the migration plan local. The vendor announcement remains the authority; Breakwater does not claim to predict changes or root cause.
