Cachely is the managed self-hosted remote cache for Nx and Turborepo - the cache backend you'd otherwise build and run yourself, hosted for you on Cloudflare's edge (R2). It's a drop-in replacement for a DIY @nx/s3-cache / S3 bucket setup: point your build tool at Cachely with a token and two environment variables, and share build cache across CI and every developer's laptop.

Unlike a self-hosted cache, Cachely enforces read-only tokens at the API, so pull-request and fork builds can read but never write - closing the Nx cache-poisoning attack (CVE-2025-36852). It adds ROI reporting (the real build minutes and dollars the cache saved), per-tool insights, and build-optimization suggestions on top.

Pricing is a flat per-workspace subscription with no per-seat fees - add every developer, bot, and CI actor without watching the bill. Cachely never stores your source code; it caches only task outputs and their content hashes. Nx and Turborepo today; Bazel on the roadmap.

Bookfinder aggregates results from numerous online bookstores and sellers, providing users with an extensive range of options for both new and used books.
  • Price Comparison
Users can compare prices from different sellers, which helps in finding the best deal available on the market.
  • International Availability
The site includes listings from international sellers, offering a wider selection and making it easier to find rare or out-of-print books.

The website features a straightforward and easy-to-navigate interface, making it accessible even to users who are not tech-savvy.

Possible disadvantages of Bookfinder

  • No Direct Purchase Option
Bookfinder does not facilitate direct purchases; users are redirected to third-party sites to complete transactions, adding extra steps to the buying process.
  • Variable Shipping Costs and Times
Since the site includes international listings, shipping costs and delivery times can vary significantly between sellers.
  • Limited Seller Transparency
The platform includes a wide range of sellers, and not all of them provide detailed information or ratings, which can make it difficult to assess seller reliability.
  • Ads and Sponsored Listings
The presence of ads and sponsored listings might clutter the search results, potentially distracting users from finding the best deals.
  • Outdated Listings
There may be instances where listings are outdated or no longer available, which can be frustrating for users.

  • Scalability
As a specialized caching service, it may be built to handle scaling automatically, removing the burden of managing cache infrastructure as traffic grows.

  • Does anyone have any tools for tracking down hard to find books?
My first stop is always bookfinder. Doesn't cross-reference every site but it does a good chunk of them. Source: about 3 years ago
  • Ideas for a 7 day celebration for my S.O.'s birthday?
If an era (say civil war) go to http://bookfinder.com. Now on the front page click Advanced Search. You can select year of publication. So for civil war I would plug in up to 1900. Source: about 3 years ago
  • Where do you find out what a book youโ€™re repurposing is worth?
First you need to learn to grade the book, as value is related directly to condition. Then you can look the book up on bookfinder.com and see what it's worth. But... there's a caveat. There's lots of "script sellers" out there, sellers that don't actually own the book - but which scrape the data, markup the price and offer it for sale, planning to buy it when you do. There's also many utter idiots who will... Source: about 3 years ago
