It seems the feature is a bit more hidden than it used to be, but try going to https://bing.com/maps on a desktop browser (not mobile), and right-clicking somewhere on the map. My recommendation is to sign up for codecademy.com and create an account to learn SQL over there. Also use sqlbolt.com because both of these websites provide detailed interactive SQL tutorials that should help you write it.
