It's rare we decide to go up against someone that's already established and has all the pieces to begin with. For example, we recently put off venturing into the book-keeping space because Bench has already been crushing it and has hundreds of millions in venture funding behind them; we weren't willing to allocate the required resources to make much of a dent.
