Bella reads every invoice that comes in, the simple ones and the messy ones with lines split across departments, cars or projects, and proposes a full posting: accounts, cost dimensions, departments, projects. A bookkeeper checks the suggestion and approves it. Nothing posts on its own.

It connects to the accounting system you already run: Xero, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, DK, Regla, DATEV and Catacloud.

The work it removes is the line-by-line typing and copy-pasting. One bookkeeper handling around 1,200 invoices a month went from roughly three hours of entry a day to about one.
